how to input data into excel and it organizes it for me?

i want to make a database for my Pokemon cards that im about to sell and instead of going through and putting them in order and what not i want to be able to input their information and have excel organize them for me automatically. how do you do this? and is there a better program to do this?

You can input the data and click the sort button and sort it by whatever criteria you want.
