Why is my chaotic cards code not working?

In the chaotic online game, I went to the enter the code page. I entered three codes of 3 cards I have. It said that the code was valid and it showed my maxxor, intress and my taki-nom in the validated cards section or whatever the thing near the code entering thing is. I clicked upload but I can’t find my cards in my collection or see them in my army creation page. I can’t find them anywhere! When I go to the page that shows your uploaded cards they are not there either! Why did the codes not work?
